I agree with Josh on the focus month idea. However, it should not be a regular thing as people will get burnt out and they will return to good old DOSEL Y59 RIVET. Maybe every 4 months or more?

Haha yes this is true. One night we tried staffing everything but SNO and WOL airspace and yeah, the traffic didn't change.

Don’t you hate that 😂😂 they get you on everything. But they scammed me out of my free ride when I touched on and it took my money 😐
That's why you always catch an O-Bahn service beforehand

Or in Adelaide where ticket inspectors will give you a fine over $500 if you forget your student ID with a student card.

I think the events team should think about this for a Wednesday event...
Tristan, a pointer on forum etiquette. It isn't good to randomly reply to a topic over a year old. Please create a new topic next time.
We also had this last year for WA and it turned out pretty well. It was mainly in place of the Milk Runs, however.

@Richard Quigley the server is run through the VATPAC Domain, while your TeamSpeak Bookmarks are run locally (or your TeamSpeak account if you have one)
There seemed to be an issue globally with a group of Teamspeak servers including VATPAC and VATCAN. Richard's client probably had a fit on top of that.

It’s probably just IPBoard having a fit but someone with admin perms could have a look

Again, that's why I'm asking
And so far the interest has in my opinion been quite lackluster. Why not ask the Facebook group?

I may be able to attend that, But I'm still looking at what I can organise
Maybe it's worth also finding out how many people are actually interested in attending an event organised by you before putting the effort in

Because if I could get into a hanger, It would be much nicer, And lets be honest, it would be pretty nice to have a dinner inside of a hanger. But again, This is why I posted it here, to get criticism/constructive criticism.
It just won't happen. They will not allow it. If they do, then I should be buying lottery tickets.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I was allowed airside during my work experience, And was told at the end I can come back any time I want to help out. I have been messaging back and forth trying to get this to go along, I think i may have camden available. I reckon we could get a whole ssaturday booked out, And a dinner at night down in one of the hangers. That is why I asked around, I am trying to plan it better and try to get a social event out.
Ask them straight up if they will allow a group of 15-20 people to have dinner in an aircraft hanger, let alone go airside to have banter. Let us know the results.

I also doubt that Bankstown or Camden will allow a large group of people airside for a social engagement.

You should communicate with the
Director of Events and CommunicationsDivision Director about this.Speaking of a meetup.... dinner still on?
