There are a lot of people mentioned in this one - Hence the name
QuoteYour Controllers are absolutely phenomenal. It was my Milk Milk run event tonight, and every controller that I interfaced with blew me away. They were all extremely knowledgeable, efficient and looked to be having a great deal of fun. Props to all of them - looks like I'll be back next week.
They were -
- William Chiu (ML_App)
- Darryl Lyons (ML-WOL)
- Brett Cummings (ML_SNO)
- Andrew Harle (SY_App)
- Luke Maynard (SY_Twr)
- Arron Baskin (SY_GND).
And to those two that staffed ML Ground and Tower before 7pm, who's names I didn't grab.@William Chiu @Daryl Lyons @Brett Cummings @Andrew Harle @Luke Maynard @Arron Baskin
Well done guys!

Hi Anthony,
ActiveSky is what I use. There is a version available for FSX that you can have a look at.
There are also some free ones available but i can not think of their names. A quick Google search should point you in the right direction.

Good Morning Everyone,
It is with deep regret that I announce to the VATPAC Community the departure of @Nicholas Naumovski from the Events Department.
Nic has been involved in the Events Department since February 2019 and since his appointment has been a pivotal member in some of the more behind the scenes work of the Events Department. Over the past 6 months Nic has found limited availability and with his recent acceptance into his dream University course, he is now unable to dedicate any more time to VATPAC.
Thank you for all your work Nicholas! It has been great watching you progress as much as you have over the previous two years and wish you all the best for what is to come.

With another year comes another rendition of one of VATPAC’s most popular events – Panic Stations. No matter the aircraft or departure airport, this event is sure to please your inner control freak.
On the 12th of March, 1913, Canberra was officially named as Australia’s new capital city, beating out both Melbourne and Sydney. Almost exactly 108 years later, we invite you to the Bush Capital for a beautiful and challenging arrival through the Brindabella Ranges, with full ATC expected between 0900z and 1200z.
Event Details:
Panic Stations is a simple, yet quite challenging event. Get as many aircraft flying to the destination airport as possible, with only one objective. Arrive at or after the target time to enjoy bragging rights... Well, until the next panic stations event that is!For this round, VATPAC will be returning to the traditional Panic Stations format that we know the community has grown to love over the past decade!
Available titles for people to win during this event;
- 1x JET and 1x NON-JET Winner
Touchdown time for this event is 1030z
Expect delays as we try and accommodate everyone whilst maintaining separation standards! We look forward to seeing you all there!
Routes:
To make it easier both on you and us, we recommend the following routes for flying into Canberra. We have included the STAR you can expect at the end of the recommended route. This may be changed by the controller depending on traffic flow.YSSY - > YSCB:
