The basic answer is no because of template, plugin, component and module issues. It only seems you can upgrade from 1.7-2.5 because of their similarities. Transferring everything other than templates is almost impossible, but with templates there may be some lines of code you can tinker with. Good luck

This job expires on July 31st so don't delay!

The Black Box looks a bit like another Aerosoft project. Start off small, then take years to build a big one. I reckon the FlightSimLabs is more promising.
At least the Black Box A320 can do more advanced MCDU operations than the Aerosoft Airbus X.

Was a good night last night, had great fun on TWR! Had to log off early due to exam study. Thanks to all who came!

Kirk,
AirSimmer has been in 'development' for a quite a while now. The last news article was posted on 2009. It has been of little activity for while and people have just assumed it is no longer developed.

all I need are:
1. Dash 8
2. Boeing 777
3. Airbus A3XX
all made by PMDG...and I'm good for the next couple of years.
as for MSF, who knows...maybe that IS the way to go and we're just grumpy old men (not literally) that won't adjust to change..or maybe as we all think...its going to fall flat on its ar$e.
Airbus A3XX by PMDG, keep dreaming

Learn't quite a lot about this panic stations, you need to land about 5 mins after 9:30z. Anyway congrats to the winners, I had quite a good time...
-
That was me in the A320, the approach controller told me to head on in. Landing time was 0931z, lets see the results! :teeth:

They have been around for some time others include plane finder and several smart phone applications, the one I have you point your phone at the sky and it will tell you what's flying in that direction.
They use ADSB feeds from some ones home set up.
Plane Finder AR, best app on the app store!

Just pointing some stuff out about Geelong Airport:
The airport ICAO is YGLG, and also it's been closed unfortunatly due to a housing estate been built there . All ops are now at Barwon Heads so hopefully we will get some scenery out for there soon.
Thanks!

Recieved a NOTAM from VATSIM with this new client by Ross Carlson, vStars http://vstars.metacraft.com/
Will VATPAC utilise this in the future or is EuroScope still the better option?
-
Thanks all! I use windowed mode and whenever I span across it just goes partly blank on the other screen. I get what you say David about the box but I am trying to this without spending any cash . I have also managed to get the new views, etc on the other screen but I was just wondering if there was any spanning properties on the graphics card or something?
PS: thats a great setup mate!
-
Is there any way of extending your sim across 2 monitors? One is 1920x1080 and the other is 1920x1200. Thanks!
-
Hopefully this will be fixed soon! you can still access the website by going to vatpac.org/cms
