Hi Nathan,
They're Danger and Restricted areas. They have a YM designator before it to show that its in the Melbourne FIR. The circle near Point Cook would be R330B (restricted airspace) and the one SW of Moorabbin would be D315 (Danger airspace).

Just wanted to revive this thread. I've got about 4 ERSA's over the past about 4 AIRAC cycles that i have no use for anymore. If anyone would like these, please PM me. Most of them have the front cover out of place but the rest is still fine.

Neither Ben. It was a tyre incident on Take Off and they got airborne, then dumped fuel for a return to landing. The tyre would've gotten worse on the landing roll.
