This means that if you are considering attenting the convention: YOU MUST ACT NOW You literally have only a few days left to fill out a form and organise payments. Our non-negotiable cutoff date to receive payments is FRIDAY 20th August - less than 8 days away at the time of writing this message. Because we are not running at a cent of profit, all seating, materials and amenities are precisely allocated to exactly cover the required number of people and not one more. Please don't turn up on the day not having registered expecting to be accommodated as you will be disappointed! If you have registered but haven't paid (or made arrangements to), please do so as you are dragging the chain. If you have registered but are no longer able to attend, that's understandable: all we ask is that you email us to flag your cancellation so we can drop you off the budget. John Keech Posted August 13, 2004 Share Posted August 13, 2004 Rob's post seconded - it will be a hoot again this year, with even a little more of the good stuff being able to be fitted into the 8am start day . As I said last year, many of us are travelling vast distances to be there - so if you live in Sydney which is practically round the corner by comparison, you'll kick yourself if you don't go and then hear about it later .
