Ryan's rise from S2 to I3 can only be described as barely believable. I've been around for a while and I'm not entirely sure I can recall the names of many people that have the ability to learn and apply with the speed and accuracy that Ryan can. Most of the names I can recall went on to become either commercial pilots or real world ATC. Ryan's contributions to VATPAC behind the scenes has been pretty much the same.
