It is at this time of year when we ask for the patience of all those waiting for mentoring or assessment. Unfortunately this time of year brings a number of challenges that contribute to delays and I ask that you please be patient and we will get to you in turn. These challenges include: - Uni exams which cause a backlog of assessments while instructors complete their end of year commitments. - This exam period usually rolls into a period of longer hours at work as those uni commitments take their toll on working rosters and finances. - This working period usually rolls into a period of family commitments leading up to and including Christmas. - This entire time usually coincides with school finishing and an unusually high number of training requests adding to the backlog from the exam period expecting to be finished by the new year. Please be assured that all training team members are working as many hours as they can reasonably commit and your request will be dealt with as soon as possible.
