Don Collins Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 All VATPAC Members As the Strategic Direction of Pilot Training at VATPAC has been approved by the board with the prime goal to offer additional pilot ratings (P2 ,P4 and P5,P3) there is a requirement to increase the staff levels of Pilot Training . Initially we are calling for Expressions of Interest for: Pilot Training Instructors(2): (Should generally have at least 700 hours of online pilot experience or relevant real world qualifications and/or experience). Role is to instruct and assess pilots in VATSIM Pilot Rating competencies Pilot Training Coaches(2): ( Should generally have at least 400 hours of online pilot experience or relevant real world qualifications and/or experience). Pilot coaches provide one on one coaching support to instructors/pilots in preparation or remedial stages of VATSIM Pilot Rating Training On receipt of EOI ,position requirements and other details along with an application form will be forwarded to those interested.
