Jackson H - 820457 Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 It is with great pleasure that on behalf of the Board I announce that Dr Dean Thompson has been appointed as the new Director of Airspace (VATPAC7). Dean has been kicking around behind the scenes for a bit now and has most recently been the Deputy Director of Airspace and now gets to move up into the new position. Hopefully well start to see him in our virtual skies a bit more. I would also like to thank all of the applicants for their interest in the position. We had a number of applications from well qualified candidates and it is encouraging to see so many people prepared to step up and assist our community.
