VATPAC Moodle Procedural Tower Course

VATPAC is pleased to announce the release of the Procedural Tower Moodle Course.

 

This course is designed by David Zhong using material obtained from the Procedural Tower Manual. Notably though there has been significant improvements to the content of the information, as well as the presentation.

 

This is a must read course for all controllers wanting to simulate a procedural tower service at one of Australia's many Class D towers.

 

I would like to sincerely thank David, as well as all of the other staff who provided input.

 

This course may be accessed by anyone currently enrolled in VATPAC Moodle. For those not yet enrolled, this is a simple process which provides you with access to a wealth of ATC training information.

 

There is currently no assessment or quiz associated with this course, but this may be offered in the future.

 

Please be aware that all controllers (Tower controllers and above) may control at these procedural tower positions, and the enrolment in this procedural tower course does not provide any authority or privilege to control at such locations. This course is offered on an FYI basis only.
