    Hi Chaps,

Our next Flight on the 8th Febuaray 2012 at 0900Z is a IFR Flight from Armidale to Coffs Harbour. This flight has been created for us by Knut Meyer a local Flight Simmer and an ex pilot,it will be a challenge for some but should be a lot of fun.Below is the PDF of the flight and set-up instructions, all Vatpac members are invited to participate either as Pilots or ATC on all of our flights.

  2. Hi Chaps,

This weeks flight has us in New Zealand on an Aerial Highway Patrol departing from Mount Cook following the valley to NZGT and onto NZUK.From here we pick our way through Lindis Pass following roads, rivers and your skills to climb over mountain rangers on to our destination at Milford Sound. This flight needs a little skill and a lot of luck and is a great chalange, but it can be done. GOOD ONE ROSS:clap:.

  3. HI Chaps,

This weeks flight finds us again in Papua New Guinea in the good old Douglas DC3.We depart from AYGR [Girua] heading in a North West direction for our first T&G at TAP [Tapini] up in the mountains .We then turn towards the South East and on for our second T&G at WTP [Woitape]. Still heading in the same direction we fly to Kokoda,we then pick up the Kokoda Trail passing over Kangi,Naoro,Ower's Corner,Sogeri and on to our destination at AYPY [Jackson].

For those who would like a more detailed scenery,OZx have a free download of the Terrain Mesh for all of PNG.

NOTE: It would be great if we had a Controller at our destination AYPY [Jacksons] for this flight.

Hope to see you in the air.

  4. Hi Chaps,

This flight has us departing from [YGYM]Gympie Qld flying south over the rangers and down to Lake Somerset and Somerset Dam.We turn towards the coast passing The Glass House Mountains, Nambour and onto Noosa Heads. After flying over Noosa we fly around the headland and land on the water and taxi to the beach.

NOTE: BEWARE OF THE WHITE POINTERS AND OTHER WILDLIFE ON THE BEACH.

Feel free to do T&G's on the way,3 airstrips and dams to select from. This flight is a re-run of a Vatpac VFR Flight from early last year, with great scenery and other goodies that Orbx,OXz and Ants have created for us. For any information about Aussie Flight Sim please contact me at address below.

All are welcome to come and fly with us on Wednesday Nights at 0900[Zulu].
