    VATPAC invites you to Adelaide for the next edition of Panic Stations! One of our most popular major events, make sure you arrive on time to win exclusive prizes (and bragging rights of course)! VATPAC controllers eagerly await your arrival at a fully staffed Adelaide (YPAD) between 0600z and 1000z. Event Details The aim of Panic Stations is simple; get as many aircraft flying into the destination as possible with one objective, be the first person to arrive into Adelaide at or after one of the arrival times, for your chance to score bragging rights and win a prize! The touchdown times are as follows: 0730z and 0900z Note: Pilots must depart from an aerodrome more than 30 nautical miles from Adelaide to be eligible to win any prizes. We recommend you bring some extra fuel as controllers will be busy trying to accommodate the vast amount of pilots while maintaining separation standards. Prize Details This edition, VATPAC has partnered with Impulse Simulations to provide winning pilots with a special prize! You can find Impulse Simulations on Instagram and Facebook. For Pilots: There is one prize available per touchdown time for pilots; one for 0730z and another for 0900z. Make sure to turn around quickly if you miss the first prize to earn the second one! 0730z: Impulse Simulations YPAD 0900z: Impulse Simulations YPAD For Controllers: All participating controllers, who control for at least one hour during the event, will go into a draw to win a $10 discount on any Impulse Simulations product! Fly in or out of Tasmania, or between the 2 airports, as we staff up the TMA and put pilots and controllers alike to the test! Event Details: TMA Turnaround is a simple yet engaging event. Get as many aircraft flying into Hobart and Launceston as possible, shut down and get flying again onto the next leg of your journey as quickly as you can as we attempt to flood the TMA area! Routes: VATPAC recommends the following routes for flying into and out of Hobart or Launceston. Pilots are encouraged to fly different routes, domestic and international; and aircraft from a small King Air up to a medium passenger jets! The possibilities are endless!
