William et al.........
For those of us who subscribe to Computer Pilot Magazine will have seen this month's IF is Mildura to Melbourne in a REX SF340.
The SAAB (Looks great..... !!) in REX livery will be avbl shortly (according to Dean ) from the Pilot Interactive section at the Computer Pilot Magazine site. They've been busy.......
Lots of luck with VREX, your site looks very professional.

Thanks Alexander et al .......
By co-incidence found the same aircraft the other day.
Looks authentic and flies OK..... drat!! ...forgot to check for reverse thrust.!
I also reckon u need a better panel though. Go to flightsim.com, search for dhc5.zip in the FS2002 panels section. Cool panel .. got the throttles in the overhead where they're s'posed to be.
enjoy

William......
I'm surprised you haven't been swamped with replies given the competitive nature of VA recruiting .
I'm posting here to offer Compass Airlines as a potential candidate for your consideration.
We're at http://www.compass-virtual.org/
Check us out. We offer something for every pilot.
Be sure to check out the Flight Plans section.... very few VA's offer this sort of service.
Hope to see you in our skies soon....

Andrew.....
May be able to help. Likewise I searched in vain for a Caribou for FS2002.
However, as a compromise I discovered a DHC5 Buffalo
(basically the same beast) at http://www.avsim.com
Search the File Library for "buffalo" and you should find files dhc5.zip and dhc5 update.zip also some instrument panels as well.
Flies pretty well I think, although I don't think I checked out the reverse thrust!
And if you want somewhere to fly him.... try Alaska..... you'll need Naji's scenery tho..... http://www.avsim.com/bfu/

Wing Leveller fix.
Add these lines to the [autopilot] section of the applicable aircraft.cfg file...
use_no_default_pitch=1
use_no_default_bank=1

Tony, you have my sympathies there. Been there... done that.
Just ask ML APP about YM03 last Sunday... good pizzas tho... same shop you reckon?
Creates all sorts of confusion at the time don't it !!
You've got no idea what's happening or how to fix it.

Does anyone know what happened to Prabal's Shack?
I used to get automatic AIRAC updates to Navaids, Fixes etc. for SB, but the site seems to have been down for some time.
Any ideas? Or is there another source for this info......

Gents,
I like the look of the new Message Board.
These may be "off-topic" but I wasn't sure where to post these....
Two things....
1. Where is the "Fly-In" forum, particularly in respect of Tuesday nights?
2. Secondly... Flightsim.com .... can't connect for the last three days.... keep getting the "all nodes are busy" message .. is that the case? ...I know they are changing servers... is that the problem? Any ideas?

More accolades......
Well done and thanks to Craig for a sterling effort tonight. As real as it gets.
For mine, I agree, ILS's unless otherwise requested.
I'm with Fred (see above), if the ILS is there, thats what I'd expect. I prefer 'em anyway, visual apps can be a bit tricky in Flight Sim I've found, especially close approaches... or is it just me?
Again ...........thanks Craig.
BTW Fred, the door was open you know....
