I really want to control under the water but I guess that is never happening, but somewhere like Darwin is nice

So can I just say why do you need them. Don't get me wrong they could be helpful but lets be real for use in VatSim as a S2, the costs for a subscription far out weighs what ever 'benefits' they may have. However Navigraph is a great buy as it has charts and AIRAC cycles.
