Hi Folks,

 

A bit of admin news for you?

 

This past quarter has been a time of substantial review for the VATPAC Board. A key goal of the review was to verify whether the VATPAC Board and Staff structure is properly serving the current needs of members. Consequently we?ve spent quite a bit of time back at square one investigating the basic requirements of the various groups of members that make up our hobby.

 

As a result of the review, a number of changes are now in progress that we believe will better focus our resources on current needs. In particular, the structure of the VATPAC Board has changed - all roles have been re-written from the ground-up to bring them up to date.

An overview of the updated Board structure is as follows:

 

Director of Division (VATPAC1)

Deputy Director of Division (VATPAC2)

Director of ATC Training (VATPAC3)

Director of Pilot Services (VATPAC4)

Director of Events (VATPAC5)

Director of IT (VATPAC6)

Director of Airspace (VATPAC7)

Director of ATC Operations (VATPAC8)

 

We will very shortly be seeking applications from keen individuals who are looking to get their hands dirty by taking on one of three new roles. Watch this space.
