Blair S - 1358329
Operations - September The operations department has been full-speed over the last two months. The team have been working super hard to prepare the data files for use with the much anticipated VatSYS controller client, as well as releasing some other essential items. AIRAC 2010 has been published, which brings with it a large update to the Aussie database. As usual, many thanks to Peter Story and the rest of the AIS team for getting this one out with minimal delay. The ops team has also welcomed Clem Wu onto the team in the past few weeks. Clem has been busy getting stuck into helping with sector files and ground layouts for VatSYS, and now joins the team to assist with the update of the Brisbane local instructions. If you feel assisting with the updating of local instructions is something that you would be interested in, please feel free to email [email protected]; we would love to have you on board!
