The Pacific sector files include Port Moresby FIR, Honiara FIR and finally the Nadi FIR. The Pacific sector files have been developed to only have two sector files for simplicity. These sector files have been developed in line with the same standard as the VATPAC sector files which include SIDS, STARS, Airways, Fixes and VOR’s. These sector files will be updated not as frequent as the Brisbane and Melbourne FIR sector files but will be updated annually and whenever necessary. These sector files can be downloaded from the VATPAC Website: http://www.vatpac.org/operations/sector-files 2. Airspace Structure: The Airspace structure and controller positions for Noumea, Vanuatu and Nadi are as follows: 2.1 Noumea/New Caledonia: NFFF_FSS Nadi Radio 123.600: Class D OCA 9500ft-FL195 Class A OCA FL195-F600 (except within 120nm LTO VOR where it's FL245-FL600) (unchanged) NWWW_APP Tontoua Approach (Procedural) 128.300: Class D CTA 6500ft-FL245 within 120nm LTO VOR (Pine Is down to 1500ft and Lifou down to 1200ft) NWWW_TWR Tontoua Tower (Procedural) 118.1 (ATIS 126.2): Class D CTA SFC-6500ft within rectangle around NWWW (includes Class D CTR (Appendix A) NWWM_TWR Magenta Tower (Procedural) 118.3 (ATIS 126.6): Class D CTA SFC-6500ft within trapezoid around NWWM (includes Class D CTR (Appendix A) 2.2 Vanuatu: NFFF_FSS Nadi Radio 123.600: Class D OCA 9500ft-FL195 Class A OCA FL195-F600 (unchanged) NVVV_CTR (Procedural) 120.700: Class D CTA 9500ft-FL245 within the lateral limits of the existing Port Vila CTA sector NVVV_TWR (Procedural) 118.300 (ATIS 126.4): Class D CTA SFC-9500ft within 50nm ARP NVVV 2.3 Nadi: NFFF_FSS Nadi Radio 123.600: Class D OCA 9500ft-FL195 Class A OCA FL195-F600 (unchanged) NFFN_APP (Radar) 119.100: Class A CTA SFC-FL200 within 100nm NN VOR NFNA_APP (Radar) 119.700: Class D CTA within 25nm SFC-9500ft NFFN_TWR (Radar) 118.100 (ATIS 127.9) NFNA_TWR (Radar) 119.600 (ATIS 128.5) NOTE: Airspace profiles for these sectors are currently under development and will be released at a later date. The above airspace profiles and controller positions shal be used until the time of release. 3. Distribution: This NOTAM is issued by VATSIM Australia Pacific (VATPAC) and shall be distributed via: (a) VATPAC Forums (b) VATPAC Website 4.
