Operations Delegates are responsible for: planning of airspace and procedures for major operations, such as events developing controller rosters activating non-standard control positions liaising with events and ATC training staff to facilitate their requirements liaising with the AIS Team to facilitate the production of special release sector files monitoring and managing major operations monitoring regular operations reporting activity levels, incidents and other significant occurrences to the Director Operations Operations Delegates report directly to the Director Operations. Applicants for this role will hold a C1 or higher rating or will have held an S3 rating for at least 12 months. Training and mentoring will be provided to successful applicants.
