Kurt is a member of the Documentation Team and was previously a Pilot Coach and is therefore well versed in controller and pilot issues. In addition to his continuing role as a member of the Documentation Team, he will be taking on the job of liaising with our Affiliate VAs, so if you are a VA Manager, you should get to know him soon!
