These include, email, private messaging, teamspeak, forums, feedback form and surveys. We are happy to say that these are used regularly to resolve minor issues and misunderstanding, to raise training concerns, fix IT issues, make complaints and more. Believe it or not, from time to time they are used to provide positive feedback about our controllers, recent events and to show a general appreciation of all the work that goes into making VATPAC what it is. Feeback Form Links While the feedback form has always been on the website, it was moved to the Policies & Contacts Page to reduce clutter. A direct link has now been placed on the main page. Controllers seeking feedback may place the following link in their controller information: http://vatpac.org/feedback Feedback Privacy We do prefer that initial feedback be submitted privately as often it is provided in "the heat of the moment".
