Ladies and Gentleman! After being requested many times, Regionals and Twins is coming back! What is Regionals & Twins? Regionals & Twins focuses on shorter range routes for suitable for twin aircraft operating regional routes. Routes usually consisting a 300-500nm sector exploring some different and uncommon locations. Regionals & Twins is held on the first Thursday of every month from 7pm-10pm AEST. The Details This time we’re focusing on Longreach. Longreach is a small uncontrolled aerodrome approximately 450nm west of Rockhampton, which is well known as it hosts the Qantas Museum. Whilst Longreach is in the middle of nowhere, it is a nice destination with some fantastic scenery for our twin aircraft. This week, we would love to see Brisbane Centre providing assistance to aircraft making their way to Longreach.
