Ok I'm dumb I found the PDC alias, wasn't looking hard enough

Has the ATC roster been released for WorldFlight '19 yet? The event page said it would release yesterday but from what I have seen it hasn't been.

P.S. Does anyone have an alias file for the WorldFlight PDC I can copy? (or do I have to manually make one)

P.P.S. How do you add the departure freq. into a pilots datatag in Euroscope?
