This Weeks Flight on 6th May 2020 commences a two leg flight in Tajikistan (crossing the border in part with Uzbekistan). These flights comprise some fairly challenging mountain flying and whilst a flight plan is provided for autopilot use pilots will be challenged to fly true VFR following major roadways.
Leg 1. Departs Dzhirgatal (Jergatol) UTD6 and follows A372 highway east, turn south at M41 highway (Wpt1 in plan) fly over Lake Karakul and pick up M41 again to the south of the lake arriving at destination, Murgab UT44.
